When can I Pick Up Money From My Sales?

Anytime during regular business hours. You are welcome to pick up funds as often as you want during your consignment. You don’t have to wait until the end of your 90 days!


Do You Mail Checks?

Yes! There is a $1.00 service fee. The majority of our consignors enjoy picking up their check and doing some shopping, because new items are arriving daily.


How does consignment work?

We all have items we no longer have a use for. With consignment, we’ll use our resale experience and large customer base to sell those items for you. When they sell, you get 40% of the selling price!


Will You Take Everything I Bring?

Through experience, trial-and-error, and research, we have found that some items, no matter how fabulous they are, just don’t appeal to Rave ReView customers. We will sort through your items to determine what will sell at Rave ReViews. Please check our detailed list to help you pre-sort your items before bringing them in.


How Do You Keep Up With Everything?

Thank goodness for amazing computer systems! Each consignor is assigned an account number, and all of your items are inventoried onto your account before they are placed on the sales floor. Each item receives its own unique item number and barcode.


Do I Need An Appointment?

No. We accept consignments anytime. Ask about our “Drop & Run” program to save you time!


How Should I bring My Clothes In?

Clothes should be clean, stain-free, wrinkle-free, in excellent condition, and on hangers (which we will return to you).


Do I Need To Bring In Pictures Of My Furniture Before Bringing It In?

If you have any doubts at all on whether we will accept your items, please feel free to email us pictures or bring the photos by the store. We will be happy to take a look! 


Why Not Just Have A Yard Sale Instead Of Consigning?

Great question! Because we will display your items for up to 90 days instead of just a few hours, we are doing all the work for you, you usually make more money, and no one is knocking on your door at 6:00 AM!!


Who Sets The Prices?

Rave ReViews sets the prices. If you bring in items of special value or significance, please let us know so that we can discuss pricing with you. We have a lot of experience at Rave ReViews and we do research on particular items, but with the number of items arriving daily, we wouldn’t want something to slip by us! We depend on you, the consignor, to point out anything you think may have special value.


How Long Will You Keep My Items?

Our consignment period is 90 days.


Will You Mark Down My Items While They Are There?

Yes, periodic markdowns will be made to assure a timely sale of your items. Short-term sales and discounts may also occur.


What Percentage Will I get?

Consignors will receive 40% of the selling price.


How Do I Find Out If My Items Sell?

There are several ways to check! You are always welcome to call the store or simply ask us to check your account balance whenever you’re in. You can also check your account online. Go to myresaleweb.com to use this feature.


Can I Use Money In My Account To Shop In The Store?

Absolutely! Anytime you have money in your account, you can use it toward purchases! AND you get an additional 10% off your purchase when you use your account. Many consignors never even pick up a check! They consider their account balance their “shopping fund”. It’s always fun to shop and not have to pull out your wallet when you get to the register!


What Happens To My Items After 90 days?

If you have items that don’t sell during your 90 day consignment period and you want them back, you are welcome to come in and pull them from the selling floor. Most consignors choose not to pick up their unsold items. The items that remain after 90 days are donated to various local charities.
